RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of the Adelante Mujeres Education team the Chicas Program Coordinator designs and implements best practices policies and procedures that foster an employeeoriented communitycentered and culturally responsive environment. This role involves collaborating across the Chicas Youth Development Program supporting strategic planning overseeing daily operations ensuring policy adherence and cultivating a productive team culture. This role ensures the accurate collection analysis and reporting of data to evaluate and enhance The Chicas Youth Development Programs impact. The Chicas Program Coordinator promotes youth safety growth and leadership. The Chicas Program Coordinator reports to the Chicas Program Manager.
