Rose Paving is looking for HR/Recruiting Intern

What Youll Do:
As an HR & Recruiting Intern youll work closely with our Human Resources team to support the full recruitment cycle and various HR initiatives. Youll gain handson experience in:
- Sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Indeed and internal databases
- Screening resumes and assisting with initial outreach
- Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates
- Helping update and maintain our ATS (applicant tracking system)
- Assisting with onboarding new hires
- Supporting employee engagement projects and internal communications
- Helping organizescompany events and learning sessions
- Performing administrative tasks as needed
What Were Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Psychology Communications or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in talent acquisition and HR operations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Comfortable using Google Workspace Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Notion or an ATS is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and pitch in wherever needed
