(Canada) specializes in connecting top talent with global companies in skilled trades engineering manufacturing and corporate roles. We are now offering a hands-on internship opportunity to MBA (HR) students looking to gain practical experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates using job portals LinkedIn and internal databases.

Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and spreadsheets.

Support HR operations including documentation and onboarding tasks.

Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA in Human Resources or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel Google Sheets and job portals.

Willingness to work the night shift and be part of a dynamic fast-paced team.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
