This team is a strategic partner within the bustling Service Team at Serra Traverse City collaborating and inspecting vehicles to ensure the safety of our customers vehicles.

Whats it like to be a Serra Express Technician
As an Express Technician you will work closely with the Service Team to change oil and filters rotate tires flushing of coolant systems and much more in a fastpaced environment. This is an entry level position with growth potential to earn automotive certifications.
This is an opportunity for someone who appreciates consistently achieving turnaround goals is detail orientated has effective communications skills and is efficient with timelines all rolled into one awesome extremely rewarding job!

What are the job qualifications and opportunities
- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- No experience necessary.
- Ability to maintain strong trusting relationships with technicians and customers.
- You will receive additional training and coaching by Serra employees.
- Effective communication skills
- Computer skills are a plus.
- Attention to detail is a plus.
- CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS
