As a Demand Generation Specialist you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that generate highquality leads and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create and optimize campaigns that attract engage and convert prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and conversion.
- Responsible for managing marketing automation tools tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
- Create and manage multichannel marketing campaigns including email social media webinars and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling assets that support demand generation efforts.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing data analysis and performance tracking.
- Work with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and followup.
- Monitor and report on key metrics including lead volume conversion rates and ROI.
- Stay up to date with industry trends best practices and new technologies to innovate and improve demand generation tactics.
- Additional duties assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business or a related field.
- 3 years experience in demand generation or a similar business to business role.
- Strong understanding of lead generation tactics and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot Marketo).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with a resultsoriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
