Your Role as a Physics Teacher
As a Physics Teacher at our independent school in Leicestershire you will:
Teach Physics across Key Stage 3 Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 including ALevel Physics for those with the relevant experience.
Plan and deliver engaging challenging lessons that cater to the diverse learning styles of our students.
Lead practical experiments that enable students to apply theoretical knowledge and develop handson skills.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the Physics curriculum is dynamic inclusive and uptodate with the latest scientific advancements.
Provide academic support to help students reach their highest potential and foster a passion for learning.
Participate in extracurricular activities such as science clubs competitions and school trips to further enhance students engagement with the subject.
Who Were Looking For
We are seeking a Physics Teacher who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Physics or a closely related field.
Has experience teaching Physics at Key Stage 3 Key Stage 4 and ideally Key Stage 5 (ALevel) with a proven track record of student success.
Is passionate about Physics and eager to inspire students to develop a deep understanding of the subject.
Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to engage students of all abilities.
