We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join our thriving department. This role offers the exciting prospect of a TLR for the right candidate allowing you to take on additional responsibilities and further develop your career within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons across Key Stages 34 (and potentially KS5.
- Inspire a love of literature language and creative writing in our students.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to the development of the English curriculum and resources.
- Potential for a TLR for candidates demonstrating leadership qualities and a commitment to departmental improvement (e.g. leading a key stage literacy initiatives).

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in English Language Literature or a related field.

- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated potential for leadership and taking on additional responsibilities (for TLR consideration).
