Contract: Fulltime Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS (In line with national pay scales for experienced teachers)

Are you an experienced Art teacher looking for a rewarding role at a supportive school in Hereford We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic teacher to join our dynamic Art Department. This is an exciting opportunity to teach students across Key Stages 3 and 4 inspiring them to explore their creativity and develop their artistic skills.

Your Role
As an Art Teacher at our school you will:
Teach engaging Art lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 introducing them to a variety of artistic techniques and media
Support students in developing both technical skills and creative confidence
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver a dynamic challenging curriculum that inspires every learner
Provide regular assessment and constructive feedback to support students progress and achievements
Encourage student involvement in extracurricular activities such as art clubs exhibitions and schoolwide creative events
Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where all students feel motivated and supported to express themselves creatively
What Were Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Art Teacher who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has proven experience teaching Art at secondary level
Has a degree in Art Fine Art or Art & Design with a strong portfolio and a solid understanding of visual arts practice
Is passionate about making Art accessible and enjoyable for all students helping them to develop their creative abilities
Has strong communication organisational and classroom management skills
Is committed to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
