SENCO Progressive Secondary School Basingstoke September Start

Your Role as SENCO:
You will lead the strategic development of SEND policy and provision across the school. Youll also play a key part in staff training data analysis and SEND advocacy across the wider school community.
Who Were Looking For:
A qualified SENCO with National SENCO Accreditation or willingness to undertake it a deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and a track record of improving outcomes for students with additional needs. Leadership experience and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
