Job Description
A dedicated and inspiring Maths Teacher is required to join an Outstanding Mixed school in Haringey. The successful candidate will foster a love of mathematics and develop strong numeracy skills in students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Responsibilities
- Plan prepare and deliver engaging Maths Teacher lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Prepare students effectively for GCSE Mathematics examinations ensuring a deep understanding of concepts.
- Cultivate a supportive and challenging classroom environment that encourages problemsolving.
- Assess and monitor student progress in Maths providing clear and constructive feedback to support their learning.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Mathematics.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Maths at the secondary level (Key Stages 3 & 4.
- A strong and comprehensive knowledge of mathematical concepts and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills capable of explaining complex mathematical ideas clearly and engagingly.
