GENERAL MANAGER
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the ongoing business success of the office. This includes revenue program financial performance and employee development. Priorities include successful Sales results which requires Business Source development and effective implementation of proven Hello! processes with emphasis on development of discipline leaders and consistent performance measurement. The GM also facilitates efficient interaction with critical corporate support teams such as IT and Software Development Creative Services and the National Resource Group the National Sales team and Accounting.
OBJECTIVES:
- Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity.
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes overseeing employees establishing a highly motivated work environment and creating innovative approaches for improvement.
- Uphold standards of excellence and the highest quality.
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
- Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
- know each Account Executive status and associated goals and their relationship to the office goals.
- know office financial forecast goals and status.
- review income statements for significant changes in revenue categorization and expenses
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
New Revenue and Existing Revenue:
- determine the targets revise periodically.
- determine who is responsible for each target.
- actions and frequency: set weekly tasks for Account Executives. Strive for proactive touches (face to face phone calls or something sincerely personal) with a target(s) every day.
