Engagement Lead
Are you a driven professional with 4 years of experience looking to make an immediate and tangible impact Ready to help clients grow optimize digitalize and thrive sustainably Then you might be the one we re looking for.
What You ll Do
From day one you ll dive into client projects as an Engagement Lead taking ownership of delivery with the backing of experienced team members from Belgium. Youll tackle a diverse range of strategic challenges across industries contributing directly to building and expanding our clients presence in the Netherlands.
Requirements
Who You Are
You hold a Master s degree and are passionate about business transformation.
You bring 4 years of professional experience ideally with a solid background in management consulting or a comparable role in the industry.
You ve developed or are developing expertise in one or more areas of our clients service offering. For example; sustainability digital solutions digital transformation business transformation.
You have strong communication and presentation skills.
You re fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are motivated to take initiative.
You embody the INSPIRE values that guide our work and culture.
You re aligned with our mission to create positive impact for clients and beyond.
You are based in the Netherlands and available to work in Amsterdam.

Master's degree in Business Engineering, Innovation, Strategy or other relevant degree. A minimum of 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, telecommunications, or a related industry. In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications sector, including technology trends and market dynamics. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills. Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling. Fluency in English Dutch and French.
