Job Description

Become our client s Inside Sales Representative and drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers through strategic channel partnerships across LATAM. Youll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while collaborating closely with reseller partners to identify opportunities meet customer evaluation needs and deliver mutual success.

Employment type: Indefinite Term Contract
Shift: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (EST)
Work setup: Remote / Work From Home

Your Daily Tasks

Customer Acquisition & Pipeline Development

  • Identify engage and acquire new customers through collaboration with LATAM channel partners
  • Uncover and develop netnew sales opportunities with partners to build a robust pipeline
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partner sales representatives to drive coselling and collaboration

Sales Cycle Management

  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting discovery qualification proposal development negotiation and closing
  • Coordinate with reseller partners to address customer evaluation needs and ensure a seamless buying experience

LATAM Channel Partner Engagement

  • Serve as the primary liaison among customers channel partners and internal teams to align on sales strategies
  • Leverage partner insights to identify customer pain points and position tailored solutions for LATAM clients

Performance Metrics & Reporting

  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics including:
  • New customer acquisition targets
  • New business bookings and quota attainment
  • Margin and unit sales objectives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to support pipeline integrity and forecasting accuracy

Solution Selling & Teamwork

  • Apply a solutionsfocused approach to understand customer needs and provide valuedriven recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal and partner teams to deliver optimal outcomes for all stakeholders

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • English proficiency: C1 level
  • 2 5 years of inside sales experience ideally with channel partner or B2B background and strong LATAM market knowledge
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in channel or direct sales environments
  • Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding abilities focused on teamwork and collaboration
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
  • Selfmotivated proactive and capable of working independently while aligning with team goals
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite

Desirable:

  • Bachelor s degree in business sales marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
