Alternance - Marketing Excellence HF

As an apprentice in the Marketing Excellence function in the Product and Service department you will have a chance to work on a global level with an international marketing team. You will discover & support transversal marketing practices touching all Marketing functions: Strategic Marketing Communication Digital Product Marketing Market Intelligence etc.  

Within the Marketing Excellence team our mission is to embrace Customer Centricity to remain ahead of our markets and our main competitors. 

Your main activities include: 

• Supporting design and deployment of corporate marketing tools and standards to accelerate digitalization in organization 
• Supporting creation of marketing academy and training plans for all marketing functions 
• Supporting animation of crossfunctional marketing community to ensure ensuring strong collaborationspirit and best practice sharing 
• Gathering marketing best practices internally and externally 
• Supporting efficient marketing processes implementation based on defined marketing fundamentals 
• Ensuring compliance with Group marketing and brand guidelines 
• Capturing analyzing and translating needs into action plans. 
• Managing projects when necessary

En tant qualternant(e) au sein de la fonction Marketing Excellence du dpartement Products et Services vous aurez lopportunit de travailler lchelle internationale avec une quipe marketing globale. Vous dcouvrirez et accompagnerez des pratiques marketing transverses couvrant lensemble des fonctions Marketing : Marketing Stratgique Communication Digital Marketing Produit Market Intelligence etc. 

Au sein de lquipe Marketing Excellence notre mission est dincarner la culture Customer Centricity pour garder une longueur davance sur nos marchs et nos principaux concurrents. 

Au sein de ce poste vousallez :   

• Accompagner la conception et le dploiement doutils et de standards marketing corporate afin dacclrer la digitalisation de lorganisation 
• Contribuer la cration de la Marketing Academy et des plans de formation pour toutes les fonctions marketing 
• Soutenir lanimation de la communaut Marketing transverse afin de favoriser la collaboration et le partage de bonnes pratiques 
• Recueillir les bonnes pratiques marketing en interne comme en externe 
• Accompagner la mise en uvre de processus marketing efficaces bass sur les fondamentaux dfinis 
• Veiller au respect des lignes directrices marketing et de la charte de marque du Groupe 
• Capturer analyser et traduire les besoins en plans dactions 
• Grer certains projets si ncessaire

Qualifications :

Education and Experience 

• At least 2 years of studies completed in the field of Marketing 
• Strong interest and good knowledge in all Marketing areas 

Technical/Professional skills  

• 360degree knowledge of Marketing  
• Creative copy writing   
• Content creation tools such as Microsoft Office and Canva 
• Analytical skills and project management  would be an added value 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English C1 level (French language will be a plus) 
• Skills in graphic design and knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Suite is a plus 

Soft Skills 

• Excellent communication skills  
• Creative and collaborative 
• Autonomous with proactive initiative  

Formation et Exprience 

• Au moins 2 annes dtudes compltes dans le domaine du marketing. 
• Fort intrt et bonne connaissance de tous les domaines du marketing. 

Comptences techniques/professionnelles 

• Connaissance du marketing 360 degrs 
• Rdaction crative 
• Outils de cration de contenu tels que Microsoft Office et Canva 
• Comptences en analyse et en gestion de projet sera un plus 
• Excellente matrise de langlais parl et crit niveau C1 (le franais sera un plus) 
• Comptences en design graphique et connaissance des outils de conception tels que la Suite Adobe est un plus 

Comptences interpersonnelles 

• Excellentes comptences en communication 
• Cratif(ve) et collaboratif(ve) 
• Autonome avec un esprit dinitiative proactif
