Job Description
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst for Securities Finance Application. Responsible for requirements gathering User Story production and functional testing.
Main Tasks:
- Write Comprehensive Functional Specifications: Craft detailed functional specifications to guide the development and ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements.
- Drive Testing Efforts: Collaborate closely with the development team to execute thorough testing of new features and enhancements maintaining a high standard of quality and reliability.
- Provide User Training and Ongoing Support: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to users and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal utilization and user satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Calypso (practice)
- Knowledge of Financial Markets: Strong understanding of financial markets and its basic instruments. Specific knowledge of securities finance is highly valued
- Strong Analytical and ProblemSolving Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements identify potential challenges and propose innovative solutions to address them effectively
Language Skills
- Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English enabling effective collaboration with team members stakeholders and enduser
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Excellent communication analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail is essential especially when under pressure and time constraints
- Proactive and flexible approach to dealing with challenges
- Highly motivated to work directly for a frontoffice IT team
