Job Description
- Work closely with project sponsors crossfunctional teams and assign project managers to develop the scope deliverables required resources work plan budget and timing for new initiatives
- Carry out the program in compliance with the project management rules (compliance with quality cost and deadline conditions described)
- Take in charge program after the need has been validated knowing how to situate it not only within its own department but also within the company
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment and coordinate and delegate crossproject initiatives
- Identify key requirements for crossfunctional teams and external providers
- Develop and manage the budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the organization
- Analyze evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
- Conducting audits
- Analysis of possible discrepancies and initiation of corrective actions
- Preparation and monitoring of action plans
Qualifications :
- 10 years experience in management of large international projects in an uppermanagement role preferably in program management. The candidates must have the experience by managing several stakeholders based in different locations strong adaptability is expected
- Exceptional skills in leadership time management facilitation and organization
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
- Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Ability to negotiate
- Proven experience in Mainframe Systems
- Advanced level of English
