The Identity Management team is responsible for managing identities and privileged access across Grabs enterprise infrastructure. The team maintains core identity and access solutions helping to secure Grabs privileged access landscape.

Youll be supporting Grabs enterprise infrastructure with an emphasis on Identity and Privileged Access Management. The Identity Management team at Grab is committed to overseeing access to Grabs enterprise applications and safeguarding access to vital systems and sensitive data. Our mission is Empowering Grabbers with secure seamless access to systems and data; simplifying productivity and creating time for what matters.
Our responsibilities include ongoing monitoring auditing and regular reviews to uphold a robust access control environment. A mindset geared towards optimisation and automation is essential along with the ability to work independently and foster relationships with stakeholders throughout Grab. You will be reporting to Manager II Identity Management. This role is based in Bangalore and you are expected to work 3days from Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Lead and execute Privileged Access Management (PAM) projects ensuring alignment with security policies regulatory requirements and business goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to secure privileged identities and access using tools like CyberArk.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Security IT Product) to implement and scale PAM/IAM initiatives effectively and guide onboarding of new applications into the PAM program including feasibility analysis and compliance recommendations.
- Drive adoption and deployment of new CyberArk solutions aligned with Grabs security architecture.
- Configure support and maintain the CyberArk platform handling stability performance and security and managing integrations.
- Drive periodic access reviews for privileged accounts within CyberArk ensuring ongoing compliance and appropriate access levels.
- Develop custom CyberArk plugins and integrations to extend functionality and interoperability.
- Support audits and investigations by supplying compliance evidence access logs and relevant data.
- Provision and deprovision privileged access following least privilege and segregation of duties principles.
- Manage Identity service incidents and requests ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
- Manage and monitor ticket queues develop and track KPIs/KRIs and identify operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation including best practices technical guides and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications :
The Essential Skills You Need
- 35 years of handson experience in IAM/PAM tech risk and controls IT audit/compliance with strong expertise in CyberArk (including Privilege Cloud Conjur Secure Web Sessions) and leading Identity platforms like Jumpcloud Okta or Azure AD.
- Strong scripting and debugging capabilities using Python Bash PowerShell and SQL with an analytical approach to solving identityrelated challenges.
- Solid understanding of identity governance access control models (SSO LDAP GRC authentication authorization) and regulatory compliance in security contexts.
- A degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) coupled with strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
- Exposure to risk management IT compliance and transformation projects in the identity space ideally with certifications like CyberArk Defender/Sentry or ITIL.
- Strong ownership mindset and excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams adapt and explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
