Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing MI product strategy in assigned regions promoting UIH products to increase customer base and driving the growth of market share;
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales & product marketing objectives;
- Execute GotoMarket Strategy and plans to increase project winning rate;
- Identify and Develop KOL relations in Key countries and closely work together with them to improve brand awareness and reputation as well as the leadership position of relevant products.
- Interface directly with prospects and determine optimal system configurations accordingly;
- Create and deliver customized presentations/demonstrations and/or site visits to prospects;
- Perform market surveys and competitor assessments across the region on a routine basis. Summarize and present to the management team and Business Unit to drive the customeroriented solution and product development;
- Prepare relative materials and provide dedicated training to stakeholders including but not limited to Customers Business Channels Sales team etc.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualification Requirements:
- Technical knowledge about technology and devices for medical imaging with a special focus on MI.
- Bachelor Degree or above in medical or other related areas;
- Typically 5 years of successful track record and leadership experiences in diagnostic imaging industry
- Business acumen communication and management skills;
- Deep understanding of diagnostic imaging ecosystem and key customer needs;
- Open minded and strong entrepreneurship
