Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Support and coach field sales executives to drive daily performance.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets and KPIs.
- Plan and optimize territory coverage and routing.
- Build strong relationships with key customers to boost retention and growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity for strategic input.
- Assist with training and development of field staff.
- Track performance metrics and report to senior management.
- Resolve field issues and customer concerns efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales .
- Ensure compliance with sales processes and documentation standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories as required
