Job Description
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design development and implementation of manufacturing processes for restroom trailers and related products. This role focuses on driving efficiency ensuring quality and delivering innovative solutions while maintaining costeffective production methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design test and implement production processes for new and existing product lines.
- Analyze current systems to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Lead engineering projects from inception to completion ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Prepare technical documentation including specifications drawings and reports.
- Collaborate across departments and provide technical guidance to improve processes.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to innovate and enhance products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (or related field).
- At least 5 years of experience in vehicle or trailer design.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD SolidWorks) and electrical systems.
- Experience with MS Office and preferred knowledge of Sage X.
- Certification in SolidWorks or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving communication and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods.
Compensation:
- Salary: $61000 $85000 (Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship not available).
