Your Role: Software Engineer
Were looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our forwardthinking R&D team. Youll design and build advanced software solutions that power our safety productssolutions that make a real difference in the world.
What Youll Do:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable software designs
- Architect and implement software for new and existing safety products
- Analyze system requirements and propose effective technical solutions
- Maintain high standards of code quality through documentation testing and code reviews
- Define software specifications and lead deployment efforts
- Continuously improve system performance usability and maintainability
- Ensure data security best practices are embedded in every solution
What You Bring:
- A bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field
- 5 years of handson software development experience
- Proficiency in C# Java or equivalent languages for both backend and frontend development
- Solid understanding of objectoriented programming and modern software architecture
- Familiarity with engineering best practicesversion control automated testing CI/CD etc.
- Experience in leading software development efforts and working across the full SDLC
- Bonus: Experience with distributed systems scalability or highthroughput environments
