We are looking for a proactive and adaptable IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing highquality IT support for Apple and Windows endpoints ensuring smooth operations across enterprise MDM solutions. You will work in a targetdriven environment with SLAs requiring strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
This role involves collaboration with crossfunctional teams troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of IT services. Your ability to work under pressure prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Apple and Windows endpoints managed via enterprise MDM solutions.
Support and maintain Slack Teams Atlassian suite and Microsoft 365 applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Work within a structured IT environment ensuring consistency reliability and managed change.
Communicate technical topics effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvements in IT support processes.
Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently in a highpressure SLAdriven environment.
Maintain clear documentation and contribute to IT knowledge bases.
Qualifications :
Essential Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in an IT service environment delivering immediate value with minimal rampup time.
Strong proficiency in supporting Apple and Windows endpoints using enterprise MDM solutions.
Experience working with Slack Teams Atlassian suite and Microsoft 365.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced setting.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
Strong attention to detail and resourcefulness in troubleshooting.
Comfortable working with structured IT programs and projects.
Proven understanding of the importance of consistency reliability and managed change in IT services.
Ability to adapt to ambiguity and changing business needs while maintaining a high level of service delivery.
