in this role get to:
- Administer various employee benefits programs
- Manage various projects within the area of benefits and insurance
- Maintain employee benefits filing systems and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in the payroll system for payroll deduction
- Assist employees with health and other related benefit claims
- Resolve administrative problems with the carrier representatives
- Assist Leadership in obtaining statistics and information in renewal process that will benefit the company.
- Ensure distribution of required employee notices
- Assist in completing benefits reporting requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Our most successful candidates will have:
- A College or University diploma (required)
- Minimum of five years of experience in benefits administration
