We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Life Sciences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a good understanding of GxP (Good Practice) regulations. This role involves managing projects as well as specific GxPrelated activities to ensure compliance and quality in all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and : Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate crossfunctional project teams including scientists engineers and regulatory professionals. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Provide regular project updates and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
GxP Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with GxP regulations.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in project management within Life Sciences.
Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and requirements.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
