Key Responsibilities
1. CrossChannel Campaign Management
Translate commercial goals in strategic marketing initiatives to generate demand
Plan develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital social media email and offline channels.
Identify content opportunities in various formats (e.g. videos blogs webinars) to engage audiences and strengthen brand presence.
Implement strategies that attract nurture and convert leads into loyal customers.
2. Events Strategy & Collaboration
Partner with the Events Manager to produce seamless onbrand messaging for trade shows and companyled events.
Oversee content creation and marketing for events to align with overall campaign goals.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams external partners and vendors to ensure the successful of marketing initiatives.
Align marketing efforts with sales and channel owners to optimize results.
4. DataDriven Optimization
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations continually refining and optimizing marketing strategies.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong passion for sports (required).
Proven ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Experience
45 years of handson experience in marketing or related fields.
Success in managing crosschannel campaigns from ideation to and reporting (required)
Experience in B2B marketing (required)
Strong copywriting skills across digital channels (e.g. social media email web and product messaging).

Exceptional creativity with a resultsdriven mindset.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform strategy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
