Job Description
The Consulting Vertical Head of Delivery will take charge of overseeing largescale transformation projects collaborating with global teams on business development driving profitability and fostering capability within the team contributing to thought leadership taking ownership of endtoend solutioning and constructing and executing transformation blueprints and operating models.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead largescale transformation projects (Operating Model Automation CoE AI/GenAI Platform Solutions Tech Transformation)
- Collaborate with global teams (NA/UK) on business development and pursuit management
- Drive profitability utilization and capability building within the team
- Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers forums and client PoVs
- Own endtoend solutioning using bestinclass tools and technologies
- Build and execute transformation blueprints and operating models
Requirements
Requirements:
- 15 years in domain tech consulting (across BFS Insurance Healthcare etc.
- 8 years in consulting/services leading fullscale transformation initiatives
- Strong handson experience in solutioning process design and program management
- 3 years in sales/presales with a record of successful proposals
- Excellent stakeholder and team management skills
- Strong business acumen change management capabilities
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt certified
- Bachelor s degree required; domain certifications a plus

15+ years in domain + tech consulting (across BFS, Insurance, Healthcare, etc. 8+ years in consulting/services leading full-scale transformation initiatives Strong hands-on experience in solutioning, process design, and program management 3+ years in sales/pre-sales with a record of successful proposals Excellent stakeholder and team management skills Strong business acumen + change management capabilities Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt certified Bachelor s degree required; domain certifications a plus
