For our site in Schaffhausen we are looking for a
Process Engineering Manager
As the Process Engineering Manager for the AI Tolled Technical Center you will lead efforts to promote global AI technology excellence focusing on process safety technology standardization and continuous improvement across FMCs tolled manufacturing facilities. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams on process development scaleup and technology transfer ensuring bestinclass performance in safety quality sustainability and cost across all global sites.
What youll do with us:
- Lead the implementation of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) to ensure compliance with corporate safety standards and local regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process safety sustainability yield and cost optimization in collaboration with tollers and other teams.
- Lead the scaleup technology transfer and commercialization of new processes and products ensuring successful implementation across sites.
- Ensure standardization of engineering technology and processes working with the Technical Guardianship group to establish best practices.
- Provide technical support to tollers for compliance with safety environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and grow technical talent fostering a culture of datadriven decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
Your qualification & attributes:
- MS in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 8 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or process design preferably in agricultural or fine chemicals.
- Expertise in process simulation optimization and troubleshooting.
- Experience in project design and process development; proficiency in AutoCAD and ASPEN preferred.
- Strong knowledge of process safety and Responsible Care standards.
- Excellent communication leadership and project management skills.Willingness to travel frequently up to 20 of the time.
