The Role: Account Manager (RPO/BPO Project Management)
As an Account Manager youll be the primary liaison between clients and remote teams ensuring seamless service delivery and driving account growth. This role demands expertise in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and clientfacing Project Management. You will play a pivotal role in aligning talent optimizing processes and delivering measurable success for clients all while operating within a fastpaced fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full client lifecycle from onboarding through account expansion.
Manage multiple client accounts with a strong emphasis on RPO/BPO engagements.
Drive project success by aligning talent managing timelines and meeting expectations.
Monitor team performance and client satisfaction resolving issues proactively.
Identify and close upsell opportunities within client accounts.
Deliver regular client insights and performance reports.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain seamless operations.
Act as a strategic partner to clients ensuring longterm relationships and success.
About You
2 years of Account Management experience specifically within RPO/BPO environments.
Strong background in remote Project Management and client operations.
C1/C2 proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Bachelors degree or nearing completion.
Comfortable working Monday to Friday 9 am 5 pm EST.
Equipped with a quiet home office reliable 10mbps internet 8GB RAM headset and backup options.
Detailoriented processdriven and adaptable to change.
Relationship builder with strong communication and problemsolving skills.
Driven dependable and enthusiastic in all interactions.
Compensation & Perks
Commissions on upsells (average $300500 per sale).
