Job Description
The successful candidate would be responsible for actual processing activities in the Mill to monitor productivity and manage the team on the floor.

1. Production Management / Qun l sn xut
- Oversee the process on the floor maintaining the schedule and minimize the loss/ Gim st quy trnh ch bin ti Nh my duy tr k hoch v gim thiu hao ht.
- Work with Quality Control department to monitor all quality of coffee Before/In/ After Production/ Lm vic vi phng Cht lng (Quality) gim st cht lng cht lng ca c ph trc v sau khi ch bin.
- Ensure daily shift / Weekly / Monthly reports are on time and analyze production KPI.m bo bo co hng ngy c thc hin ng gi v phn tch cc KPI sn xut.
- Arrange staff and material resources needed to keep the machines running in top condition/ Sp xp nhn vin v chun b ngun nguyn liu cn thit m bo my mc thit b lun hot ng trong tnh trng tt nht.
- Manage and supervise all team of production/ Qun l v gim st tt c cc b phn trong Nh / my.
- Ensure the production is cost effective./ m bo sn xut vi chi ph tt nht.
- Handover the Production Grades to the warehouse daily/ Bn giao hng ha qua kho hng ngy.
- Ensure to implement pillars in production effectively such as SHE Sustainability project management Quality and Inventory management/ m bo trin khai hiu qu cc Pillar cho sn xut nh SHE pht trin bn vng d n qun l tn v cht lng.
- Responsible for ensuring that SHE requirements in processing areas are strictly followed according to regulations./ Chu trch nhim m bo cc yu cu v SHE ti cc khu vc ch bin c tun th nghim ngt theo quy nh.
2. People management / Qun l con ngi
- Organize training program and clear flow of Process and Procedures to Supervisors & Technicians. /T chc hun luyn cho nhn vin hiu r qui trnh v th tc ch bin
- Motivating organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met./ To ng lc t chc v khch l nhn vin lm vic theo nhm m bo nhn lc p ng mc tiu ra.
Qualifications :
Experience/ Kinh nghim
- Minimum 35 years of experience in commodities or FMCG preferably in a dry coffee mill at multinational companies./ Ti thiu 35 nm kinh nghim trong lnh vc sn xut cc ngnh hng nng sn hay FMCG u tin ch bin c ph.
- Mechanical engineering with understanding of Coffee machineries./ C kinh Nghim v k thut c kh cng vi s hiu bit v my mc c ph.
Other skills (Computer Skills etc) / K nng khc
- Strong team player and eager to learn./ C kh nng lm vic nhm tt v ham hc hi.
- Committed persuasive / Cam kt v chu c p lc
- Pragmatic / C k nng gii quyt vn tt
- Self starter and innovative/ Nng ng v sng to
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills./ K nng giao tip v tng tc tt.
