Cybersecurity IAM Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our dynamic growing team! As an IAM Engineer you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and maintaining robust identity and access management solutions with a focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and application onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IAM principles strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate across teams to enhance our overall cybersecurity position will report to the Global Cybersecurity IAM Director.

1. IAM Solution Design and Implementation:
   • Design implement and maintain scalable IAM solutions including identity lifecycle management access governance rolebased access control (RBAC) privileged access management (PAM) and single signon (SSO) with a strong focus on leveraging Saviynts capabilities.
   • Manage endtoend IGA projects including requirements gathering solution design implementation testing deployment and transition to operations. Experience with Saviynt is strongly preferred.
   • Configure and manage authentication mechanisms such as multifactor authentication (MFA) single signon (SSO) and adaptive authentication.
   • Define and enforce authorization policies based on the principle of least privilege
2. Integration and Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other security and IT systems.
   • Work closely with application developers and teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM controls within applications.
   • Oversee the onboarding of applications onto the IAM platform ensuring seamless integration with Saviynt and adherence to security policies.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements with a view to optimizing IAM functionality.
3. Governance and Innovation:
   • Develop and maintain access control policies procedures and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
   • Provide guidance and mentorship to the IAM team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
4. Security Compliance and Auditing:
   • Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
   • Provide documentation and reports for internal and external audits related to IAM controls.
5. Incident Response and Troubleshooting:
   • Work closely with the cybersecurity team to identify and mitigate potential security risks associated with identity and access management.
   • Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of IAMrelated issues providing expertlevel support as needed with a deep understanding of IAM architecture.
6. Emerging Technology Evaluation:
   • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in IAM.
   • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance IAM capabilities.
   • Stay abreast of emerging IAM technologies and trends including updates and enhancements to Saviynt and assess their potential impact on the organization.

Professional education and experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 6 years of Identity and Access Management with at least 5 years proven experience as an IAM Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful delivery of IGA projects and application onboarding initiatives with significant experience using Saviynt or similar technology.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles frameworks and technologies including SAML OAuth OpenID Connect LDAP SOAP REST SCIM etc.
• Experience with leading IAM platforms such as SailPoint Okta Oracle Microsoft Azure AD Active Directory and indepth knowledge of Saviynt.
• Proficient in designing and implementing privileged access management solutions to secure and monitor privileged accounts and activities. Experience with Privileged Access Management solutions such as Delinea (Thycotic/Centrify) Beyond Trust CyberArk.
• Knowledge and understanding of legal and regulatory requirements such as: SarbanesOxley Act (SOX) Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Payment Card Industry/Data Security Standard GDPR and PIPL.
• Knowledge of information security risk management frameworks and compliance practices including ISO 27001 SOC2 Type 2 and NIST 80030.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM or vendorspecific IAM certifications including Saviynt certifications are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Customer IAM is preferred.

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimatedsalary range for this position is $100000 to $130000 and is based on multiple factors including jobrelated knowledge/skills experience geographical location as well as other position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10 of the base salary.
