Were hiring Customer Service Representatives in Lisbon Portugal (OnSite) to support a leading client in the finance sector. In this role youll use your communication and problemsolving skills to provide topnotch service contribute to continuous improvement and ensure client standards are met.

What Youll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative your daytoday will include:
Supporting customers via phone email chat or social media
Answering questions about account setup features and functionality
Troubleshooting technical issues like login or payment problems
Guiding users through verification and onboarding processes
Creating a positive experience with empathy clarity and professionalism
Escalating more complex issues to senior teams when needed
What Were Looking For
Youre a great match if you:
Are fluent in Spanish (oral and written) and have strong English skills (C1
Are techsavvy and familiar with mobile apps and online platforms
Have a natural ability to understand and resolve customer concerns
Possess solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
Have previous experience in customer service or support (preferred but not required)
