ItalianSpeaking Client Experience Advisor
Location: Malta (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts between 8 AM 7 PM 40 hours/week)

What Youll Do
As a Client Experience Advisor your mission is to ensure every customer interaction is smooth supportive and solutionfocused:

Assist customers in Italian via phone email and chat

Troubleshoot issues and deliver helpful solutions with a smile

Accurately log all interactions in our CRM system

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction

Contribute to a positive and energetic work culture
What Were Looking For

Nativelevel Italian with C1 English

Currently based in Malta

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required

Great communication skills and a solutionfocused mindset

Flexibility to work shifts (including weekends)
