Schedule: Rotational shifts (early mornings and late evenings)

What Youll Be Doing
In this dynamic role youll support users and ensure digital platforms remain safe and welcoming.
Digital Customer Care 70

Respond to user questions via email and chat (no phone support)

Provide clear and accurate information using internal tools

Maintain excellent service standards and escalate any issues tied to fraud or abuse
Content Quality & Safety 30

Monitor and review user content on platforms and apps

Check for compliance with internal policies and local laws

Flag inappropriate or harmful material and provide insights to the team
What You Need to Succeed

Native Dutch or Flemish speaker with B2level English

Comfortable using digital tools and Microsoft Office apps

Detailoriented and fast decisionmaking skills

No experience required just a willingness to learn and grow!
