Site: EDSA Greenfield

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Facilitate onboarding for Ooma AirDial clients
Coordinate implementation and conduct training

Nonnegotiables:

2 years of experience in customer onboarding implementation or account management.
SaaS knowledge

Nice to haves:

Networking (TCP/IP VPN) certifications

Work Schedule: Shifting/Night

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Date Needed: ASAP
