Job Description
Sales Executive
Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia
Salary: $1000 $2000 USD Comission
Industry: Insurance (Previous insurance experience not required
Languages required: Chinese (Mandarin)
Languages preferred: Khmer English
Open to: Khmer and expat
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our clients growing team in Phnom Penh. The ideal candidate will have mediumhigh level fluency in Mandarin and possess a proven track record of success in sales. While previous experience in insurance sales is preferred it is not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within different markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
- Stay uptodate on market trends and competitor activities.
- Translate and interpret documents and conversations between Chinese clients and the company.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese
- Proven experience in sales preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to work independently.
