Job Duties:
We are searching for a New Business Sales Representative (New Contracts Sales Hunter) to aggressively grow our landscape maintenance business.
As a Business Developer for a landscape company youll find the role both challenging and rewarding. If you are:

Responsibilities:
- Identify customers pain points and develop tailored solutions
- Build and maintain trustbased relationships with key decisionmakers
- Operate in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a high sense of urgency
- Deepen relationships and recognize the value of going broader with existing clients
- Proactively communicate with decisionmakers and influencers
- Plan daily meet activity benchmarks and close business
- Collaborate with operations team members to leverage their expertise
Desired Skills Experience & Characteristics:
- Extensive facetoface (B2B) selling experience at the mid to senior levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
- CRM or SFA tool experience is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals in longer selling cycles
- Highly competitive positive and resultsdriven
- Excellent presentation oral and written communication skills
- Experience with social media (LinkedIn Facebook Twitter)
- Coachable trainable and with a good sense of humor
- Local knowledge and connections in the area preferred
- Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales is a plus
