For APG Magnit is looking for a Business Analyst Responsible Investments
Are you a Business Analyst who is eager to work in an ever changing environment with a strong affinity for financial data investment management business processes and interacting closely with the investment desks in combination with the latest technologies Are you a stickler for getting things right Do you have a knack for analyzing business processes Do you know how to solve problems and manage projects efficiently Then lets talk!
We are a dynamic and international team who serve the Responsible Investment Domain in providing strategic solutions on the back of the latest technologies with the objective to support the latest investment strategies to achieve the best returns for our clients in relation to their ESG specific requirements. Currently we are onboarding new use cases in the Responsible Investment domain on APGs Data Platform (Databricks). This entails locking down requirements in terms of internal and external data sources end data product deliverables business logic and metadata aspects. The team is part of APGs recently established Data Office within COO.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst professional who can help us with the following:Support and execute Business Analyst activities in coordinating and driving the realization and onboarding of data use cases including user acceptance testing in close collaboration with out test strategistsExecute against product vision and commitments in an Agile understanding of ingested data metrics choose appropriate data models and design robust ETL/ELT pipelines together with our data engineersManage and own significant pieces of project deliverables endtoend from the initial demand all the way to testing the agreed solution and delivering to productionBe able to gather and understand complex requirements come up with high quality solutions to address the roadmap and fully explore dependencies and implications on various components of introducing the changeAct as a linking pin between the team members Technology Office investment desks and keep be involved in topics on strategic architecture and designCollaborate with business stakeholders crossfunctional teams and support teams and the organization to remove roadblocks Provide documentation of processes and business requirementsSupport solution architects and engineers by describing the business processes including the organizational structures involved Take on project management tasks and services
Dit breng je mee:At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst Degree in Business Finance Economics Technology or equivalentDomain knowledge of the asset management domain and preferably also of the Responsible Investment domainUnderstanding and appreciation of considerations in data pipelines including data quality data governance lineage and other metadata aspectsPrior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterpriselevel application development projects Strong analytical problemsolving and synthesizing skills The ability to interpret a set of technical requirements and develop robust solutions Business analysis or project management experience in the financial industry ideally with background in the asset management industry Strong communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders Flexible and resilient team player with strong interpersonal skills taking initiative to drive things forward Adaptable able to work across teams and functions in multinational environment Any qualifications like CFA will be an added plus
Please note:This role is not suitable for ZZPExpert is expected to work 2 days per week in rate depends on the candidates knowledge and skills.
