Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in achieving production targets efficiently and maintaining highquality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and highquality production output in line with organizational targets.
- Lead guide and motivate the production team to achieve departmental goals.
- Implement and adapt to new systems and technologies for continuous improvement.
- Operate and manage 24/7 production activities ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze production performance data to identify areas for process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments (Maintenance Quality Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare production reports and maintain documentation as required.

- Proficient in English both written and verbal.

Qualifications and Experience:
. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
810 years of handson experience in manufacturing industries preferably in Cement Fertilizer or Paper and Board sectors.
Proven expertise in managing continuous production environments 24/7 operations).
