Job Title: Travel Customer Advisor Remote from Northern Portugal
Location: Remote (must be based in Portugal)

Do you have a passion for travel and love helping people plan unforgettable experiences Were looking for a Germanspeaking Travel Customer Advisor to support clients with their travel plansall while working remotely from the comfort of your home in Northern Portugal.
As the first point of contact youll guide travelers through booking options answer questions and provide outstanding service that turns every customer interaction into a positive journey.
What Youll Be Doing:

Assist Germanspeaking customers via phone email and chat with travelrelated inquiries

Provide detailed information about flights accommodation and travel packages
-
Support customers with booking modifications and cancellations
-
Resolve issues with empathy and efficiency ensuring a seamless experience

Promote additional services or upgrades when relevant

What You Bring:

Fluency in German (spoken and written)

Intermediate level of English

Previous experience in travel tourism or customer support is a plus
