Registered Nurse Telemetry (7 South Med Surg Tele)
Location: Athena Medtech
Shifts Available: Day & Night
Schedule:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
Workdays: Monday to Friday (3 x 12-hour shifts per week)
Weekly Hours: 36
Athena Medtech is seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses with Telemetry experience to join our 7 South Medical-Surgical Telemetry Unit. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment excel in multidisciplinary coordination and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Minimum RequirementsExperience: Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry RN experience
Licensure: Active RN license (state-specific as applicable)
Certifications: BLS and ACLS (preferred)
Implement evaluate and revise individualized patient care plans
Monitor document and communicate changes in patient condition to the care team
Serve as the primary liaison among interdisciplinary care providers to ensure cohesive patient care
Accurately execute physician and nursing orders
Coordinate discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
