Job Description
Industry: Services
Location: Malta
Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary
Main Duties:
- Receive record and inspect all vehicles entering the workshop
- Complete all necessary documentation and update the software accordingly
- Deliver track and update Work orders to the Supervisor for assignment of technical personnel
- Update records on time including software with any related data
- Assure the staff complete the required works and their job card
- Update the VOR status daily according to the progress of maintenance or repairs
- Ensure that towed vehicles have a WO and are prioritized in the VOR system
- Maintain constant communication with the Supervisor and Workshop Manager
- Ensure that all documentation related to completed repairs is properly filled
- Participate in internal audits related to WO management and VOR control
- Generate periodic reports depending on the exigencies of the workshop
- Follow company health and safety policies and any other duties required
What Skills do you need
- ECDL qualification
- Intermediate/Advanced English required. Maltese and Spanish are desirable
- 2 years working experience in the same role or related roles like fleet operations fleet logistics or vehicle maintenance workshop
- Proficient experience with documentary management fleet logistics (eg Maximo)
- Proficient use of MS applications especially MS Excel and MS word
- Strong decision Making Leadership & Team Working skills
- Strong Problem Analysis organisational sensitivity and initiatives
- Understands the technicalities of Document Management Systems
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
