In this role you will support customers by providing clear efficient and professional assistance ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Provide prompt and professional customer support through various communication channels (phone email chat).
Address and resolve customer inquiries complaints and issues effectively.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases.
Stay informed about company products policies and processes to offer accurate support.
Meet quality and productivity targets consistently.
Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a friendly and helpful approach.
Fluent in Czech (C2 level) and English (both written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Good computer skills and ability to navigate various systems.
Positive attitude attention to detail and a customerfocused mindset.
Willingness to work onsite.
Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net.
Additional compensation for night work hours if applicable.
