What Youll Do
HandsOn Recruiting
- Manage active job orders and consistently achieve 1 to 4 placements per month.
- Source healthcare professionals using Indeed Linkedin email phone and SMS.
- Screen candidates conduct thorough interviews and present highly targeted shortlists.
- Specialize in critical healthcare roles including Directors of Nursing (DON) Registered Nurses (RNs) Respiratory Therapists Sonographers and Cath Lab professionals.
Team Leadership
- Start as an individual contributor and earn the opportunity to build your team based on performance.
- Set clear KPIs and track recruiter performance daily and weekly.
- Provide ongoing coaching mentorship and accountability to your team.
- Lead daily huddles conduct regular oneonone meetings and drive consistent performance improvements.
Performance & Strategy
- Oversee candidate pipelines and submission quality.
- Collaborate closely with business development and marketing teams.
- Continuously improve internal tools workflows and systems to support scalable team growth.
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of U.S. healthcare recruiting experience.
- Proven track record placing candidates in permanent/directhire healthcare roles.
- Experience recruiting positions such as DONs RNs Respiratory Therapists Cath Lab Technicians Sonographers etc.
- Prior leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional English communication skills and a strong performanceoriented mindset.
- Must be available fulltime during U.S. business hours (MST).
