At least 3 years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies

Experience with developing business design document functional & non functional requirements

Experience with developing high level application flows to support the business requirements.

Experience in developing functional design document

Experience in creating detailed process flows developing highlevel screen designs that map steps within a process to actual views in software solutions

Experience with solutions and designs with user experience and accessibility (WCAG/AODA)

Experience conducting user research and usability testing

Experience developing user personas and user journey maps

Experience analyzing user feedback and designing solutions to address user issues and pain points

Experience creating wire frames and highfidelity mockups with UI prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD

Experience researching and applying industry best practices

Demonstrated experience in developing use cases (business/system) identifying and documenting business rules

Demonstrated experience with the creation and analytical process of business requirement documents

Must Haves:

• Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience is a must
• 5 years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / development / integration
• 3 year of development and testing experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM J2EE and etc
• Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset

Nice to have:

• Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM Contracts Lead Management Partner Public Sector Partner Portal Campaign Management Marketing Resource Manager and Public Sector eService would be an asset
• Experience with Transfer Payments would be an asset.
