Job Description
Position: Sales Representative with Dutch
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Work model: onsite
Employment type: Employment contract
Remuneration: base salary bonuses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the main point of contact for both prospective and existing customers building strong relationships through consistent communication
- Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Stay informed about products features and promotions to effectively present their value
- Maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue within assigned customer accounts
- Provide regular reports and insights based on customer data to support satisfaction and engagement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent / native in Dutch both verbal & written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customerfacing role with proven success
- Eligible to work in Cyprus (no Visa support provided)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customerfacing role with proven success
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy
- Strong computer literacy and fast accurate typing skills
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced multitasking environment
- Proactive and serviceoriented with a handson approach to customer engagement.
