The project and your role
We are seeking a Senior Manual QA Tester to ensure the quality of our mobile and web applications. You will play a key role in testing new features identifying issues and collaborating with the development team to deliver a great user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing of feature tickets (functional UI/UX and edge cases).
- Design and maintain test cases in TestRail.
- Perform regression testing for web and mobile applications across multiple platforms (iOS Android).
- Execute tests on real devices (iPhone iPad Android smartphones/tablets) and payment terminals using test cards.
- Log and track issues through detailed bug reports.
- Develop and manage checklists for new features and releases.
- Collaborate closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders to ensure clarity in requirements and issue resolution.
- Participate in sprint planning estimations and QArelated retrospectives.
- Optionally participate in test automation maintenance and triggering via TestRail.
Your skills
- Solid experience with manual testing of mobile and web applications.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience writing clear and comprehensive test cases test plans and bug reports.
- Comfort with testing hardwareintegrated systems (e.g. payment terminals) using test setups.
- Ability to work independently own QA processes and contribute to team quality goals.
- Basic familiarity with databases and log analysis tools.
- Attention to detail curiosity and a commitment to delivering a great user experience.
