Job Offer: GermanSpeaking Customer Service Representative Remote (RentaCar Company)
Location: Remote (based in Portugal)
Start Date: 15/05
Languages Required: Fluent German (spoken & written) good English for internal communication
Contract: Fulltime
Salary Package:

1030/month paid 14 times per year
-
10/month performance bonus 120/year)

30/month complexity bonus
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 07:00 20:00 (rotational shifts)

Saturday: 08:00 16:00

Sunday: 08:00 17:00

Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week
About the Role
Join a leading international rentacar company as a Remote Customer Service Representative assisting Germanspeaking clients. Youll help with bookings inquiries and customer concerns all while working from home in Portugal.
Your Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions via phone email and chat

Assist with car reservations changes and issues

Provide policy information and solutions in a professional manner

Follow internal procedures and escalate when necessary

Deliver excellent customer satisfaction and meet quality KPIs
Your Profile

Fluent in German (spoken and written) required
-
Good level of English for training and internal use
-
Experience in customer service is an asset

Strong communication and problemsolving skills

Comfortable working rotating shifts including weekends

Home office setup with stable internet connection
