Job Description
Civil Engineer Land Development
- Location: South Laguna CA
- Work Model: Onsite; 5 Days a Week
- Employment Type: Direct Hire FullTime
- US Citizenship or US Permanent Resident Status Required
Summary
Our client is looking for a Civil Engineer focused on Land Development to join their team! In this role you will be integral in designing and preparing plans for various residential commercial and mixeduse projects. You will also collaborate closely with experienced Project Managers to develop innovative engineering designs produce detailed plans and compile comprehensive project reports and studies.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed plans specifications and documentation for new and existing projects
- Conduct thorough analyses and compile reports to meet project objectives and regulatory guidelines
- Ensure alignment with relevant codes regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborate with project managers on engineering designs for various land development projects
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience in land development
- Proficiency in CAD software (Carlson Civil3D and/or AutoCAD preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective teamwork and client interaction
- Proven ability to address challenges with a detailfocused proactive mindset
Education/Certification Requirements
- A Bachelors Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited fouryear college or university
