Salary range is $26.44/hour to $62.50/hour with a midpoint of $40.87/hour. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint however we may go slightly higher based on experience internal equity and market.

GENERAL PURPOSE:
Under direction of the IT PMO Manager This position will require a variety of project support activities including tracking updating and reporting on project progress. Performs research analysis and writing to develop and maintain all project activities and administrative support. Provides process and communication coordination activities on behalf of IT PMO Manager for the PMIS Program related committees executive leadership IT managers consultants vendors and agency staff; and provides guidance and coordinates work activities to assist in completing required division tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Tracks monitors updates and reports on project and task status including dashboards budgets schedules and issue registers.
- Organizes documents tracks and manages all project deliverables and activities helping to keep the teams on task and on schedule.
- Demonstrates strong writing abilities to produce high quality output.
- Helps to facilitate meetings or present agenda items within meetings.
- Point of contact for review of tasks milestones deliverables and followup with team members when required.
- Serves as liaison for team inquiries; coordinates and follows through on responses.
- Oversees related document management storage sharing and tracking; administers the SharePoint/O365 team sites.
- Provides support in process improvements and recommends developing new processes where applicable.
- Assists with risk tracking and issue resolution interfaces with team members vendors and consultants on risk mitigations and issue resolution.
- Provides senior level administrative support and office management for the team including the following:
- Prepares/distributes materials for meetings including agendas reports and other necessary documents.
- Maintains official records and minutes as required.
- Schedules meetings and coordinates availability of stakeholders.
- Coordinates project resources including meeting rooms equipment supplies teleconference and web meetings travel reservations etc.
- Support and help to organize project workloads for team members and the Deputy Project Director

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:Bachelors Degree in Project Management Engineering Planning Business Administration Public Administration Public Policy or closely related field and five years experience with relevant complex projects; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skill in:
- Organizational skill and an attention to detail in coordinating and prioritizing activities with projects and operations and reprioritizing as needed.
- Effective oral and written communication as well as strong interpersonal communication demonstrating diplomacy and a knack for relationshipbuilding.
- Demonstrating a positive customer service orientation with both internal and external clients.
- Excellent business writing with solid grasp of grammar punctuation and spelling.
- Ability to take complex topics and distill them down into important key summary points translating information for general audiences.
