Job Description

Job Title: GenAI Platform Support Engineer (Infra / Cloud Exp / Devops / Handling Deployment / Solution / Tools & Techniques Teraform / AWS/Python)GenAI Platform Support Job Summary: As a Generative AI Platform Support Engineer you will provide technical support for our AI platform tasks. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot issues enhancements monitor logs and ensure the platform operates smoothly and Responsibilities:Assess and enhance the AI platforms data pipeline that AI/ML models are faulttolerant and bottlenecks in model inference and training model performance for realtime use with the DevOps team on deployment automated testing for faulttolerance technical support for users of the Generative AI platform troubleshooting issues and answering platform performance and implement optimization processes issues and solutions for knowledge sharing and future uptodate with industry trends and advancements in generative AI :Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related experience on support and with database management (SQL NoSQL).Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure).Familiarity on provisioning Azure/AWS cloud services with Terraform scriptHaving knowledge on OpenAI will be an added advantageGood knowledge on Shell Scripting/PythonHaving knowledge on provisioning GEN AI Cloud Services on AWS/Azure will be an advantageMust have knowledge on Kubernetes on OpenShiftShould have experience with troubleshooting services deployed on KubernetesMust have knowledge on DevOps Build/Release pipelines & understanding the Infrastructure needsExcellent problemsolving skills and attention to communication skills and ability to work of containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
